Meeting on revision of Education Law with the Legal Experts from National Assembly

Last June 29-30th 2024, at the meeting of Ministry of Education and Sports (Anouvong area) the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) cooperated with the Cultural and Social Affairs Committee, National Assembly (NA) conducted the academic discussion on amendment of the Education Law version 2015 with the chairing of Mr. Panya CHANTHAVONG, Acting Director General of Department of Education Quality Assurance and co-chairing of Mr. Somphet CHITTAVANH, Director General of Department of Cultural Affairs.

The meeting was carried out in a lively, direct and creative manner through the reporting the summary of comments and evaluations of the law in the past, including proposal in revision from both sites of MoES and NA. The meeting also invited Prof. Davone VANGVICHIT and Mrs. Bounphone HEUANGMANY the legal advisory member of the National Assembly, participated and commented on this amendment.
