DEQA and the Education Quality Management Agency (Vietnam) agreed on the Bilateral Cooperation Plan for 2025-2030

During the 21-22th May 2025, at the Department of Education Quality Assurance (DEQA), Mr. Pham Quoc Khanh, the Deputy Director General of the Education Quality Management Agency of Vietnam has visited and been working to review the bilateral cooperation plan 2021-2030 and make the agreement on the bilateral cooperation plan 2025-2030.

From 2025-2030, the Agency has agreed to support DEQA to conduct the activities in 4 components as below.

I) Quality Assurance for Primary and Kindergarten Education

II) Quality Assurance for Higher Education at Programme level

III) Application of SEA-PLM and PISA approaches to improve the teaching-learning

IV) Management of Qualifications included diploma and certificates

The cooperation activities will focus on the capacity building of Lao staffs at the central, province, district and institution level, which will be conducted both in Laos and Vietnam.
